Salesforce pilots Koa, a CRM-specific reasoning model
Salesforce introduced Koa, a reasoning model for Agentforce created by post-training NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super on proprietary synthetic CRM scenarios. Salesforce says it controls the weights and runs inference inside its own trust boundary. Select customers can pilot it now, with U.S. general availability expected in winter 2026.
Why it matters: A major CRM vendor is moving domain workflows and tool-use behavior into a model it controls, creating a new choice between general frontier models and a narrower model aligned to Salesforce processes and permissions.
