AWS expands Blackwell P6 capacity across Asian regions
AWS made eight-GPU P6-B200 instances available in Hyderabad and P6-B300 instances available in Jakarta. Its current regional lists place B200 capacity in both Hyderabad and Mumbai and Blackwell Ultra B300 capacity in Hyderabad and Jakarta, creating additional Asian routes for large-model training and inference.
Why it matters: Regional availability can reduce data-transfer, residency and latency constraints for teams that previously had to place large NVIDIA workloads farther away. It turns part of AWS and NVIDIA's expansion plan into orderable infrastructure.
