AlphaGenome predicts regulatory effects across million-base DNA sequences
Google DeepMind introduced AlphaGenome, a sequence model that processes up to one million DNA bases and predicts thousands of molecular properties at base-level resolution. A non-commercial research API opened in preview for studying gene regulation and variant effects.
