Mistral moves OCR 4.1 to general availability
Mistral moved `mistral-ocr-4-1` from its 16 July preview to general availability. The document model returns paragraph-level bounding boxes, structural block labels and block-level confidence scores through the OCR API, with batch and structured-annotation routes.
Why it matters: The availability change gives document-ingestion teams a supported production route for evidence-linked extraction, redaction, semantic chunking and human-review thresholds instead of relying on a preview endpoint.
